Hello! I'm Steph

Founder of ESG Made Easy

Sustainability consultant, certified Carbon Literacy trainer, and ISEP Practitioner - with five years of experience helping agri-food, hospitality and food-adjacent businesses across the UK and Ireland navigate sustainability in a way that actually works for them.

The approach here is deliberately different from a corporate consultancy. Clients get direct access to one experienced consultant who knows their sector, asks the right questions, and won't recommend a framework that doesn't survive contact with reality. Working with a small number of clients at any one time means the work gets proper attention.

How it feels to work together

Expect straight talking, practical direction, and no unnecessary complexity. The goal is always to leave our customers more capable and more confident than before, whether that's a team that's completed Carbon Literacy training, a business that's achieved B Corp certification, or a founder who finally knows how to answer the sustainability questions landing in their inbox.

Work is done primarily remotely, which means businesses across the UK and Ireland get the same quality of support regardless of location.

What drives the work?

Smaller businesses deserve access to the same quality of sustainability support as large corporates, without the price tag, the jargon, or the six-week discovery phase. That belief shaped everything about how ESG Made Easy was built, from the pricing of the Carbon Literacy course to the way consultancy engagements are structured.

Layla, the office dog, occasionally joins calls too.

Businesses can start by changing a single element

& end up leading their sector

I grew up around farmland. I understand what it means to care about the land you work, the community around you, and the business that sustains it all.

That's not a niche to me — it's personal.
